Q. When will I see my test results in PAMFOnline?

Test results are released to PAMFOnline upon review by your physician and/or after 5 days.

Q. Why can't I view tests ordered by non-PAMF physicians in PAMFOnline?

According to California AB 2831, Section 123148 (b) (2) regarding the electronic release of test results, we cannot share test results ordered by non-PAMF physicians via PAMFOnline without a written authorization even though the tests may have been completed at a PAMF facility. To obtain written authorization, please download this form and obtain your physician's written authorization OR send us the physician's name, office address, phone and fax number via PAMFOnline secure patient message. Q. Why can't I view certain tests in PAMFOnline?

Due to California Health & Safety Code Section 123148, medical providers are prohibited from releasing the following test results via PAMFOnline even though a patient may consent to their release:

  • HIV antibody test
  • Presence of antigens indicating a hepatitis infection
  • Abusing the use of drugs
  • Test results related to routinely process tissues, including skin biopsies
  • Pap smear tests
  • Products of conception
  • Bone marrow aspirations for morphological evaluation, if they reveal a malignancy
Other test results that cannot be released to PAMFOnline for technical reasons:
  • Alpha Fetoprotein (prenatal)
  • Cholesterol Risk Profile
  • Colonoscopy
  • EKG/ECGs
